FAQS
How many music tracks do I need?
While this will vary project to project, short answer: 10-80+.
Most games have a title theme, menu music, location music for each location in the game, character music for all characters, combat music, exploration (overworld) music, day/night music, boss battle music, victory and defeat music, cut scene music, end credits music, and, of course, trailer music!
How long is each track?
Most tracks will be 1-3 minutes long, they can be written to loop or have a clear ending (“one-shot”). Shortest tracks are 30 seconds.
